TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms govern your use of sabrecookracing.com (the “Site”), our online shop, and event registration. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to make a purchase or register for an event.

2. Orders and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. A 3% processing fee is applied at checkout.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline it (for example, items out of stock or pricing errors).
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

3. Shipping

• We currently ship only within the United States.
• Products are made to order via our print-on-demand partner. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

4. Returns and refunds

All products are made to order and final sale. Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items are accepted within 15 days of receipt, as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Event registration

• Track-event registrations are subject to the event-specific Terms & Conditions, Waiver, and Media Release presented at registration, which you must accept to register.
• Spots are non-refundable. Each participant must complete and sign their waiver by the deadline stated at registration; anyone who has not signed by then cannot participate, and their spot is not refunded.
• Motorsports activities are inherently dangerous. You participate at your own risk and agree to the liability terms in the event waiver.
• We may change or cancel an event; if we cancel, we will describe any refund or credit at that time.

6. Intellectual property

All Site content — logos, images, designs, text, and the Sabré Cook Racing name and marks — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Behind-the-scenes content, team information, and materials seen at events are confidential and may not be recorded or shared where the event terms prohibit it.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, submit false information, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sabré Cook Racing and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, products, or events. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable order or registration.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or rely on third parties (Stripe, Printful, Google). We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms apply.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
